Job Description

The primary task of a BPO executive is to handle calls from customers or clients and provide them with a solution to their queries.
He/She must show the willingness to learn new things every time and then.
Must discuss every matter with its supervisor or team leader to get any issue sorted
Giving a resolution to the customers or clients should be the whole and sole responsibility.
Should carry out various other professional services like Business Research, Legal services, Financial Analysis etc.
Must be very effective in providing customer service by providing resolution to their complicated queries and issues."We have urgent job opening for Dy Manager - Marketing & Brand Management for a top MNC and conglomerate at Oman. The job involves brand management, planning & implementation of marketing strategies in a highly competitive and dynamic business environment. The incumbent should have experience in conceptualizing or implementing aggressive promotional strategies to achieve business objectives.

The job will also involve:

- Planning & Execution of Brand Campaigns & Sales Promotion Campaigns based on marketing requirement.
- Media planning & scheduling
- Identifying, Preparing & Executing Market Research on a need basis.
- Digital & Social Media Marketing – Ideation & Planning content, Liaising with Advertising in creation based on the brief given (Brand focus or Sales Promo based).
- Plan & develop new online strategies for relevant target audience.

Should have knowledge on Google Analytics and must have data interpretation skills."

Salary 12 Lac To 15 Lac P.A.
