Talent Acquisition Executive will be experienced in hiring and responsible for the hiring activities from sourcing of resumes, screening, scheduling interviews, discuss offers and background checks. They should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, co-ordination, and negotiation skills with internal teams and external agencies.

○ Recruitment Agencies

○ Campus Recruitment
○ Walk-in interviews
○ LinkedIn and other Social Media
○ Employee Referrals
○ profile screening and shortlisting
○ Pay - Current & Expected,
○ Salary market benchmarking
○ coordinating with Interview panel to schedule
○ Hiring records and Documenting: resumes, feedback and interview results
○ Communication with candidates including rejection
○ Negotiate offers
○ Follow-up with Candidates till joining.
● Onboarding Processing
○ Initiate Background verification and report verification
○ Onboarding of employee and associated tasks
○ Reference Check
