An ideal candidate MUST possess:

1+ years of software development experience

Should have completed graduation

Formal computer science degree preferred. Must understand general software engineering fundamentals, such as:

- Object-oriented and structured programming techniques

- Techniques for code re-use and re-factoring

- Multi-threading/concurrency issues

- Portability and abstraction

- Design patterns

An ideal candidate Must possess:

* Experience with programming languages, such as PHP, VBScript,
JavaScript, Python, Perl, etc.

* SQL and database schema design experience, And

* The following general qualities:

- Ability to step back and see the \'big picture\': \'What are we
trying to build?\', \'What are the customer\'s goals?\'

- Always asking \'How can we do it better?\'

Salary – 4.5 lakhs per annum.
