Experience in the financial services industry with knowledge of the Housing and Mortgage sector or personal and business loans
3 to 5 yrs of experience in team handling
Experience in motivating and managing sales teams
Applicant must be from Banking Background with Home Loans/ Mortgage sales experience (loans).
Have a Good relations with the connectors, lead generators and builders
Understanding of the local market and strong relationship building skills
Excellent verbal communication and people skills required.
