Exposure in Statutory Compliance related to Shops & Establishments, Factories Act, Etc., is must
Maintenance of Personnel records and labour related documents.
Handle renewal of licenses of Government departments and vendor management.
Timely assistance to HOD on all HR & administration related matters
Minimum 10 years of experience in HR & Admin
Good interpersonal & communication skills
Knowledge of Tamil language is essential
