We have urgent job opening for the position of Group Head - HR for a top MNC at Middle East. Only Full Time MBA / MSW from reputed Intuitions like IIM, Loyola, XLRI, TISS, IRMA, Symbiosis, TESOL etc. with around 25 years of experience in large manufacturing companies with good knowledge in latest HR practices and scope. The person must be currently heading the HR division (as Vice President or Senior General Manager etc).

Must be stable (without too many job changes) and should have Good personality, Good communication and good interpersonal relationship.

Age must be 48 to 50 years.

HR Strategic Planning :

- Develop the organizational human resources strategy in compliance with corporate group strategy

- Design the group human resources department structure, positions and process system in compliance to its strategic mandate

- Review, amend and draft job description and qualifications required for the staff of the group human resources department

- Formulate HR Plans, Policies &procedures according to organizational objectives.
