At least five years of experience in a games designer role
Extensive experience of balancing complex game systems
Passion for mobile social gaming
Strong working knowledge of level design in 2D
Previous experience with an AAA title would be a bonus
A genuine passion for games
A diverse, high quality portfolio
Experience with multiplayer games and game reward systems
Able to work under pressure and to tight deadlines
At least one completed title
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience in an Agile/SCRUM environment
Experience with Facebook and Twitter integration in applications
Knowledge of the free-to-play business model and knowledge of social casino games would be a bonus
