Duties and responsibilities
• Plan and implement the overall supply chain strategy
• Collaborate with Sales and Operations Teams
• Achieve SCM KPIs
• Achieve Budget/Forecast targets with ease.
• Plan for optimum Inventory
• Suggest solutions for process improvements
• Identify process bottleneck and implement solutions in a timely manner
• Train and evaluate others
• Work with finance, sales, and manufacturing team to determine best SCM practices
• Build and maintain good relationships with Customers and Vendors
• Maintain Quality at Source
• Quality and Environment Management Audit exposure
• Achieve 100% On-Time Delivery
• Achieve YOY reduction in Procurement
• Capex Management

Ideal fit requirements and qualifications
• Post Graduate / Professional Qualification from reputed Universities
• Previous working experience of 15 Years in SCM
• SAP MM Module Hands on experience
• Auto Component Experience is preferred
• Good knowledge on Castings, Forging, Machining
• Experience with MNCs is preferred
• Global Sourcing experience
• Sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on company’s success
• Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
• Team player
• Good time-management skills
• Great interpersonal and communication skills

Salary 15 Lac To 18 Lac P.A.
